I have just spent 45 minutes pulling my hair out trying to figure out why I am locked out of our server for our website.

I'm the only one who accesses it.

I even searched company email to see if there had been a password reset done. No email about it.

My boss/mom finally gets back to office and swears she has changed no passwords.

BUT THEN

Oh wait.

Yeah, the credit card expired and she didn't know the password so she requested a change. Instead of asking me for the password.

THEN DELETED THE EMAIL CHAIN ABOUT THIS SO I COULDN'T FIND IT AND PREVENT MYSELF FROM 45 MINUTES OF WTF HAPPENED.

tldr; it was nothing, my boss changed the damn password, deleted the emails about it, and neglected to tell me
