I made a homemade seven minute frosting for a coconut cake last weekend. SO. MUCH. BUTTER. It spread like butter, not like buttercream, but it was soooo good. Plenty of coconut on the top and sides, made it look perfect.

 

Well my queue is empty so I'm going to go make pizza seeing how @dan is refusing to deliver to me.

 

i dont miss it. but i bet it sucks less without san diego around

My new tips finally got here, and I was SO EXCITED, only for the frosting to be too thick to evenly come out of it. Matt walked into the kitchen and I was just dejectedly babbling to myself while helplessly squeezing a pastry bag. He told me the "messy aesthetic is really in with cupcakes right now, everyone knows that! Look at those...drip cake things! MESSYISH! LIGHTLY MESSY!" I...I think he was lying to me but I choose to believe it's true.
