I came real close to never leaving that bed, so I'm pretty careful and my docs are well aware of what I put in my body, LOL. I saw some messed up shit when I was stuck in the hospital for 10 months, and hoo boy, there were a lot of people who absolutely destroyed themselves. It really stuck with me. My heart has decided to go to sleep a few times and I do not want a repeat event, cause I'm honestly not sure I would walk out of the hospital the next time.
