I walked into my bathroom a second ago and my Flerk was, apparently, standing on the counter which ends against the wall with the door in it, so I can't see her when I'm approaching said door. She was hiding behind the wall.

The second I walk up she arches out to where I can see her, she's counter height, and opens her mouth really wide and emits a loud meow/screech.

Scared the chit out of me and I was waiting for tentacles.
