    I love our animals.

    Kiddo is still pretty sick (well, fever, slight cough, that's it) but he feels like crap. Our animals have all been rallying around him in his sick bed to keep him company.

    he was fine with that while he had the chills, but now he's sweaty so he just kicked them all out because they're hot and they look depressed. One went outside in a huff.

    Got a message in to the doctor and am waiting for guidance. Advice nurse even thinks it's a little strange that after this long of a fever there aren't more symptoms. And I'm emailing all of his teachers hoping I can get homework assignments/pick up stuff tomorrow, so he can work on it over the weekend.

    My office is in a loft that sits off to the side of my living room, I am basically right next to the ceiling that is vaulted, there is 1 vent in here the room in general is 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house.

    I have a window fan in my garage office, and it keeps it in the high 60's in the middle of Florida summers... so I'll swear by them too.
