Is the account block flag on Turkerview for hard blocks or does it also count for when you're blocked from completing hits with a block qual (that's not a regular exclusion qual bc of having completed the hit or something like that). Basically, does the C-Sats block fall under that category or no?

 

Meant for account blocks, the other type is harmless
