well as I said mine arent done being graded yet so i dunno.. and any rejection to me without feedback is just wrong LOL I believe they are using an auto grader. And im getting hit a lot less than others. Doesnt seem to take much to drop an approval rating but takes a hell of a lot of hits to raise it back up

Is it just X as the feedback? If so that's what's in the directions to requesters from MTurk LOL. Anytime you see that it's a safe bet the requester is kinda clueless & hasn't done much research into the platform.. which isn't a bad thing in a situation like this since they tend to be more chill when they get a polite heads up from workers about the whole 1% rejection thing

 

I have my masters and over 108k approved hits. My approval was 99.82% it dropped to 99.81.. That might not matter to some im just irked at the no feedback thing

Yes this is why I suggest those receiving rejections review so they learn what is expected. If we don't hold them to a standard why should they care?

I think it was their first batch its why I reviewed it to give them a chance to up their game..If anything other turkers are forewarned.

 

I don't disagree, it's just unlikely they even know what TV is when they haven't even done the most basic research into the platform itself which is generally the case if they're rejecting using the default MTurk instructions lol. Still good to throw folks a head's up but yeah the requester probably has no clue until they open their inbox then RIP

 

Requesters like that should just forward their inbox to hello@turkerview.com
