    Weird ... Qualtrics unreachable from here.

    It's not the cookies thing.

    No ping. Traceroute shows a problem.

    But a site-testing service says qualtrics is up.

    Maybe a routing problem somewhere.

    Now I have to return a $1.15 qualtrics survey.
