    Still it is a good idea to submit a claim in case your info that was compromised is ever used and ends up harming you later. You would lose the right to sue them later if you don't submit a claim in the class action settlement.

    Yes, you need to opt-OUT of the class action manually if you want to sue yourself. Even not doing anything forfeits the right to sue once they've settled w/ the gubmint IIRC
