if anyone needs someone to talk to, im here, u can dm me. these are some good pennies tho. i mean, no education required, in our PJs anywhere with internet. i been through some severe depression lol. it's still hits me in may / june / july. but healthy food and a lot of sleep and work out will do a lot more than pills can imo. i like natural stuff for mood elevation if I'm really down.
