But. But. McDonald's french fries!I'm sure the birds adore those.

I'm betting people drop enough food that the birds just know where to go. Those French fries stay oddly fresh for a really, really long time.

In Santa Cruz there are signs everywhere on the Boardwalk asking people to not feed the birds. However, there are no warning signs that the birds (seagulls mostly) will just hop right up and snatch your food out of your hand. Aggressive little dinos. They really love funnel cakes.

I have so many questions

 

I have to go to my dentist again soon to get my lower retainer (just so I can sound even more infantile if I ever have to discipline my son while wearing them...) I'm going to make time to pull over and take pics of this sunflower area. This one house has a ton of them, then across the street in an open field are a bunch more, and I don't have to guess too hard where the seeds for the "wild" ones in the field came from.

I totally saw all of that and thought, "Oh, Jessers would love this!"

Got a laugh as I couldnt submit hit ill be paid the survey $2.50 & bonus of $4.16 all in a bonus and that equals $6.66, fitting for this nightmare.
