Pros:
Apparently I'm pretty good at dot-direction-detection. Bonus would have been higher if not for a couple of misclicks. Kind of fun actually, and I got lucky and didn't have to wait long.

Cons:
Time could be longer depending on how long you have to wait for partners to join, and bonus could be lower depending on your performance. Timers are quick so you feel kind of rushed to get your adjustments made and avoid losing points, but that also means you're not going to get stuck for too awfully long waiting for unresponsive partners.
