Half this time was spent loading on my slow internet, but I'm including it as baking time due to another worker's report that the requester rejects based on completion time.

Cons:
Asks for full date of birth. Very repetitive face rating. Can't tab through questions. A couple of ACs that I almost missed the first time (pay attention to words in the images). Can't copy the code at the end.

@ChrisTurk can you please revert the changes to the "hits" tab? I'd rather see it listed by GID + # of reviews at the top so I can just click from there instead of seeing the same exact reviews from the other two tabs at the top.
