This VRAPI shit just seems like more stress than it's worth, as someone who doesn't have the qual. I'm doing fine without it and all reasonable accounts say it's not some life-changing free money machine.

 

Personally I've never filled out evidence outside of the qual and I still have my qual. Now that might be because I haven't submitted a hit but that is just nitpicking really.

 

the tracker saved me so much time when I got a listing with 4 different properties bundled together followed later by each property individually just opened up the links from the first one and redid screenshots that pertained to the individual properties easy-peasy $10
