Pros:
The interface actually worked really well, you can press enter to submit your hat and responses were instant. No survey or anything to do other than the chat.

Cons:
20 turns of chat with a chatbot, 5 words per turn. The responses where pretty much nonsense and almost always unrelated to what I had said. A bit annoying to have to keep track of word count for each turn (counting to 5 is hard okay).
