If you're like me, and still using code you wrote (for a website) like 15 years ago, and are too damn lazy to update it with more fancy stuff, comments are a lifesaver when you break shit. Because I cannot remember what half of it does without comments unless I break it to see what breaks.

I keep telling myself I'm going to update, but I never do, and it's working fine, even though Google hates us, so why update?
