    My long labor was my choice, I labored at home with a doula and wanted to avoid meds or a c-section.

    after 40 hours, though, and days before that of pretend labor that would start then stop, I was exhausted.

    Daughter ended up only being 8 lbs 10 oz, but she wasn't coming out because her head wasn't in the "right" place. She was head down, but off on an angle. Stubborn kid!

    We were at a military hospital, they had stopped labor on January 1st, probably should have had him then. But my doctor was in ISreal trying to bring back his son who had killed a wig shop owner in Houston. Peachy may remember that,lol.
