I played the clarinet from 4th grade through High School but most college marching bands are only brass. My senior year of HS I thought, how hard can it be to learn how to throw a flag and ended up going to auditions for color guard around the Midwest for Drum Corps International. (Turns out it's really hard. )

Learned enough cool tricks though that I got into the band.

 

Anyone else doing the Yphtach voting game? Got an application error after going through the whole tutorial and being assigned a team.

 

I got the same error near the end after it told me my bonus. I just submitted with my ID, and sent him a message. The whole thing really lagged for me, so I wasn't surprised when it finally died.

-Super interesting experiment
-If you get randomly assigned to the better team, then you can get a decent bonus
-I got a bonus of $3.06...and just got the email confirming it as I type this review. Less than two minutes for the bonus to pay...that's pretty awesome!

Cons:
-LOTS of waiting...totally killed the hourly
-If you get placed on the worse team, then your chances at a bonus are non-existent.
