Good enough. Anymore than that and you're dishonoring the cow. I like em rare with a good sear, but medium rare is sufficient in a pinch.

 

Steak is best cooked well done, garnished with hunts ketchup, and chopped into tiny pieces to.be used as kraft macaroni and cheese toppings
