    I just added a reminder to my calendar to check for EQ TLP news around the time announcements usually come out. You could say I'm being a very functional adult but you would be incredibly wrong.

    Oh, this was my bread failure :emoji_sweat_smile:

    Water was room temp, I added the salt after the autolyse phase (I think that's what it's called - still new to the lingo). It could have been over-proofed? The longer, colder proof in the fridge helped a bit, but my house is pretty cool so who knows. I weighed everything - probably the one thing I know how to do "right" in baking lol. I think you're first instinct was probably right, and the starter wasn't quite ready. Haven't tried again yet, but I will!
