    Just keep on trying!!!! My grandma made bread almost every day of her life. There were rarely less than 25-30 of us at the table for meals so there wasn't much choice in the matter. (I grew up in a 5 generation family farm somewhat Walton style) Even she had times when it just went wrong and we ended up with rather "flat donuts" instead of bread. LOL, She would just pull it off as she planned it that way. The kids loved the "fried bread" and the men knew better than to say anything. Even back then Happy Wife = Happy Family. LOL ...

    I just tried to do a HIT and the timer in the upper right-hand corner only gave me 30 seconds to complete the job. That wasn't even enough time to read the instructions carefully.

    If I had done the HIT anyway, would I have received credit for it or no?
