I just tried this. I cannot find any place to type in specific cookies. go to chrome settings, on the left side click advanced, go to privacy settings, and then clear data, and it gives you an option to remove specific types of data. all or none.

I just use vanilla cookie manager browser extension, set it to clear all cookies on start, and as I log into sites I want to stay on, I add them to the whitelist.
