I feel that in my soul right now. I have an fda exemption for a particular gi med, as the only other thing they typically use gives me seizures (or, just extreme twitching...yeah, fun) and also doesn't work for me anyway. I've been on the same medication with the same exemption since I was 22, so nearly 8 years now...my new insurance doesn't want to cover the med and wants me to go back to the one I can't have and doctors won't even prescribe to me cause of the whole seizure thing.

And the insurance rep asked me this week, "How many seizures exactly? Are you sure you can't try it again?"
