There is no restriction on the bonus system as far as time goes that I know of (and plenty of requesters have sent in the 6-mo + timeline). The MTurk docs have rejections @ 30 days from submission, but she mentioned they emailed MTurk directly so likely got it overturned that way but I've never actually tested the limit, so who knows
