Incredibly close if you know how to make it right.

 

Roasted cauliflower to the point of almost burning it tastes like popcorn mixed with french fries. This is not a vegan opinion, it is an omnivore fact I learned long ago

I drink a lot of Coke Zero, to the point where I start convincing myself it tastes like real Coke. Then I have a real Coke every now and then and I realize that Coke Zero isn't Coke.
