    Not religious/politically worded but I think based on your governor/mayor, they are what is making things happen. Like chicago has allowed religious services to continue in the case of funerals/etc, but disbanded official masses. And for those essential services like funerals, you have the chicago police department there to expedite the service and make sure everyone is doing things correctly. Seems like a healthy balance/compromise
