    We got this because this happens to my husband fairly frequently. It works well. Read the instructions and go slow at first. lol
    He has big chunks that literally are plugs in his ear holes. It's DISGUSTING, but satisfying when they come out. Other methods haven't seemed to really work for him, but this thing is great.
