Or maybe actually pay people who put in the time, effort, and love to make video games?

 

Okay but what if the company doesn't exist any more? Like Troika? Or other extremely old games?

 

Being a video game developer sounds like a straight up nightmare.

 

You can still buy Troika games, I got my copy of Arcanum off GOG. GOG literally exists especially for old games like that, as well.
