I think I still have mine in a closet somewhere

 

- Normally it's recommended only 15min, but since you're not working in harsh conditions and it's to prevent the virus from being on your hands (and not to prevent acid/base to eat your hands), 30min should be fine.
- Spraying rubbing alcohol on them will reduce their lifespan, so only if necessary. If you're at the grocery store, wash your hands when you walk in, put the gloves on, do the groceries, and once you're done, remove them (or maybe change them after paying if you touch the keypad and they don't wipe it between customers). You shouldn't need to spray alcohol on them, but if it's necessary they can withstand it, but you'd need to change the gloves more often (when we do cellular culture, before putting our arms under the hood, we need to spray 70% EtOH on our gloves and it's fine since we change gloves often).
- It would depend on the wipes. If they are bleach based, I wouldn't as bleach is aggressive and I'm not sure how well the gloves can take it.
