I forget my left from my right all the time and have to do the little hand L thing. I've been there buddy.

 

If I took a break from a survey to do the L hand thingy by the time I brain-spaced which side was L/R I'd have forgotten which the survey asked me to pick and would be stuck in an endless loop.

Better to just 50/50 it.

 

Pick the second option from the left.
Is left the zeroth space, meaning the correct answer is two, or is left the first space, meaning the correct answer is three?

 

Did you check for hidden elements in the HTML to ensure neither of these are also incorrect?

 

Sometimes I think of requesters sifting through the comments section of their survey only to come across a multi-paragraph manifesto explaining why their survey was poorly structured, their questions were leading and clearly designed to generate the responses they wanted to generate, and how their instructions didn't mean what they thought they meant, only for the grad student who doesn't care deleting the comment without reading it because it doesn't fit in the formatting that expects at most a two sentence answer.
