I have what looks to have originally been a small 10x12 cabin with concrete foundation and a water line run from the well. The house was moved here from a few miles down the road in the 40's. Then it was jerry-rigged into a coop and I had to fix the atrocious job the previous owners did on making a hatch. Just gotta figure out a latch that raccoons can't figure out without putting a padlock on it every night.
