For example one question (with a red asterisk so I guess it's required) asks you to specify your professionally diagnosed psychological disorders, from a list of several followed by "Other / Not Listed". ... Did I miss an option there? Can I get a "None of the above"? I'd rather say "None" than "Other / Not Listed". Or I could just not click anything (but the red asterisk had me thinking I should click something).

My psychological disorder is ARDSQ (Annoyance Reaction to Demographic Survey Questions).
