    A sandwich is meat and cheese between two slices of bread, as the Earl of Sandwich intended.

    Also, I made up one when running a grill that's fucking amazing:
    Toast ciabatta bread, and top each slice with provolone/colby jack
    Grill ham, turkey, and salami slices
    Slap them together and add a couple of onion rings
    Slather with bbq sauce
