It's the best for cold weather. I'm not if I've had tripe or not. Some of pho resturants I've eaten in no speak the english well. If I have, then I liked it. If not. Shrug.

tripe is the white strips that are kinda chewy. Some days I take it some days I don't

Then no I haven't. When I'm stuffy headed I like to have pho with so much rooster sauce in it it looks like tomato soup. Clears it right up.

 

This is the common on the table at my pho place. I actually have 4 jars of this in the house right now. It's so fucking amazing.

 

The little hairy dots on those strips though...
