The payment switch this year may have some fun consequences for tax purposes.

Will everyone be sent a 1099 now, even those making less than 20k? A lot of people will freak out if this happens.

Last few years it's been 20k and over 200 transactions, which for some reason my 1099 from mturk showed I did thousands of transactions. I only did 3 day transfers this year, which is less than 200, so will no one get a 1099?

If you make over 20k I'd probably expect one. I've never had 200 transactions in a year.
