    @IcyTundra malt-o-meal is made of farina and malted barley. I think it might need to be toasted before making malt-o-meal but not sure.

    edit: I'm pretty sure cream of wheat is made of farina but not malted barley. the farina is definitely more finely chopped than the farina in malt-o-meal.
