    yeah, actually, I believe you. I have run into this myself. I try to find other places first.

    y'know, I've joked about us being siblings, but that sounds a lot like me. lol ty for laying it all out. I lightly googled it and everyone's like take 25mg / 50mg / 100mg / 200mg / etc per day because x, y, z, blah, blah, blah. however, I did find something saying it MIGHT help with ADD/ADHD which really interests me because I don't want to take traditional medicine for that shit. so ty again.
