See, we have a single knife block for that. We're running into the issue of having sharps with no home and that's dangerous imo. I'm thinking about like, making a box for it?

 

I only have 3 or 4 sharp knives. I have a potato peeler from walmart. I just lay the potato peeler on 1 of the empty spaces. I have this box laying down flat. the potato peeler doesn't actually fit in any slot, top or bottom, but it works to store it that way.

Yeah we have like 4 steak knives, 1 bread knife, 1 meat cleaver, 1 filet knife, 1 deboning knife, and 2 tiny knives. I think we might have more that I just don't know of off the top of my head though. I'm about to talk to him about getting one full knife set like Crawlerz linked. That might make our knife life easier.

For anyone that has a Costco or Sam's membership, they always have knife sets on sale. They range from ok to really good, so do a google search before you buy.
