I got some clarification from Organizational Ability-

Hello Kirk,
This is a different survey with fewer items for participants to answer. Since the amount of items is much fewer, it should take less time to complete which is why the rate has dropped. Since it still has to do with organizational agility, it was still labeled as answer a survey on organizational agility as we felt this title best describes the task. We apologize for any confusion as we recognize the task names are the same!
