03/01 - Marching into Monday

I like mine. My office has east facing windows - which are terrific at 4 AM ET - and after that it's very, very dark.

 

I'll read some of the reviews and consider it. It seems like it could help my mood, or invoke hulk smash.

Yes - if anyone DOES get a light therapy box... do NOT put it on for 30 mins right by your face the first time. Definitely start at 5 mins, WAY far away and then stay there for a few months. I'm pretty sure if you read the instructions that's what it says

 

Is today a holiday or something? Usually weekend transfer hits my acct by 3 am but nothing yet

Lol - I love that you were measuring your light box with a tape measure....

At any rate - a) gently encouraging not 30 mins on the brightest setting to start and b) put that dealio at least 2 feet away for 5 mins (for a month) (sounds like you got the 2 feet part nailed down )

 

you know there is already a spreadsheet and app in use to track effects over distance

 

I need to clean my office badly. Good idea. Maybe I'll do that today instead of turking. Not feeling it sofar. It rained all weekend and still is. Makes me just wanna veg and not work.
