1. The forum & main site will stay up indefinitely after MTurk shuts down in case anyone needs anything. I assume a handful of things will break after MTurk vaporizes & I'll fix it as fast as I can to keep the two main parts of the site online.

    Ah, sorry @Chaidreamer I'm a huge fan of cloud research. I get it sucks on an individual level but you're talking about removing huge swaths of income from the entire worker population over it. 10,000 babies with that bathwater :dunno:

    Thank you for the perspective! I'm new to this discussion, so it's really good to get a better understanding of how it works and why requesters use it, as well as how it impacts the community. It's important to see not only how it negatively impacts people, but how it benefits others.
