Two of our cats have a tendency to be wandering around and then you hear a "bonk" as they bang their heads into the low coffee table in our living room. The oldest one is far less stupid more aware.

The most frustrating thing to me is you'll hear a "bonk", and then it's followed a few seconds later by another "bonk" as the exact same cat trots around the exact same path under the exact same table and hits their head on the exact same spot.

I can't imagine it doesn't hurt, at least a bit, and how we ended up with two of our cats doing this idiotic action is beyond me.
