also i never "bought it" since its supposedly permanent on PC XB gamepass as a flagship game

 

Eh, the store loads fine for me, transactions took place quickly too. I've tried hopped to 3 different download locations and still only getting about 22mb/s. My typical download speed is just shy of 100

 

Yeah I just don't use it often enough to justify paying for it monthly. I had it mostly for Forza and SoT but then let them charge me 3 months and didn't touch it during that period.

 

yeah that makes sense then, i play a few games enough that it warrants the price and i tend to cycle through a few of the new games

Qualification tests like these are auto-granted. Unless there is a second qual that needs to be manually granted by the req you're good to go.
