Pros:
Batch work, kind of ok pay

Cons:
They don't normalize the audio so the volume levels fluctuate a lot between different clips. Even worse, their AC audio clip is always way louder than everything else so your ears get blasted every time the AC comes on. The setup is extremely annoying and drags the payrate down if you're doing large batches you'll have to do it multiple times.
