    I'm using both because until a month ago I didn't even know any of these platforms existed sooooo.....honestly, I watched some YouTube videos and the person suggested to use both since some HITS are caught on one but not the other. I don't know a single thing about scripts. This is all new to me.

    Yeah, that person is wrong. Mturk restricts how many requests you can send in a certain time period and each time one of those scripts tries to catch a hit it's sending a request. If both try to catch a hit at the same time it can cause a page request error and neither request will get through which could make you miss the hits while they're available. Better to use one catcher that's well optimized to make the best use of the available page requests than have them compete with each other.
