    If the premise is a statement and the hypothesis is a question, it is an entailment if the premise answers the hypothesis, and a contradiction if the premise contradicts the presupposition of the hypothesis.

    Premise: Water is not wet.
    Hypo: Water is wet?
    =Contradiction.
