    Sorry about your sweet grandma. If you completed the HIT on QBC, it should be listed by date on the dashboard. There are 3 little squares by the HIT name. Hover over the middle one and it should say "Completion Code".

    Wow It doesn't sound like it's going good for you... I'm sorry about your granny. In QBC on the first page of your (has the graph on it) account scroll down to mid page; on the left side it says activity. Underneath activity select the drop down list and pick the date of your rejection. Look at your Hits until you find the right one, then move towards the left there are some icons I think it's the middle icon that gives you the completion code. Take care. YM
