Help a requester reverse a rejection.

This is what the requester wrote. Does anyone of a suggestion on where they are going wrong?

For the sake of transparency here is what I did:

• to avoid issues similar to the one you had I have cancelled the batch
• I have then followed the script, reverting “rejected” to “approved” on the CSV file since there is no tab to input an “X” but rather the word in itself
• It did not seem to work, probably since I also had to delete the justification of the rejection from the tab, which is what I the did.
• One re-uploading the file I get the a error "Your file could not be process, error on line 1"
