    I didn't check the reviews, but I did check what Amazon listed for their approval rates when I clicked on their name in Amazon, and it said 98% approval rate, so I'm kind of confused.

    Approval rates aren't really a good way to judge a req. If they do extremely high volume, then they can dish out rejections and it doesn't make a big impact on the rating. If they are a smaller req and get a lot of genuinely bad work, then can have a low rating while still approving quality work

    TV reviews are the best way to make a judgment
