06/11 - Super Saturday

Did anyone else have that Ask Crowd HIT (the one from yesterday where you sign up for a 4-wave study) forward them to a blank page after entering your Worker ID to progress to the main survey?

I sent them a message saying that's what it did to me. Tried refreshing the page, re-launching the survey from the main HIT page, and even trying in Incognito mode - all gave me the error 'You have already completed the survey' deal.

Not the best way to start a day...

It worked okay for me. I'd try clearing your cookies for unipark.de or try it in a different browser or on your phone.

 

Looks like several people had the same issue but it looks like it's fine now. I just finished it a bit ago.

 

I hope all of my super friends here have a Super Saturday!!!

 

I just got the same error. Have you ever completed this study when it ran a few months ago? I did. Maybe that is why I can't do it again.
I cleared the unipark cookies and tried to reload it again but received the same error. Oh well.

No, I didn't complete any prior study. Clearing cookies/cache and even trying a different browser still gave me the same error. Oh well indeed (unless they reply to my message and fix it).
